Absolutely thrilled with Aktiv Health! The trainers are highly skilled and they create a positive and encouraging atmosphere. The facilities are state-of-the-art and the range of classes offered caters to all fitness levels. I particularly enjoy the functional training sessions as they are challenging but effective. I can confidently say that Aktiv Health is the best health center in town!
