I recently had the opportunity to visit a local pediatrics clinic, and overall I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, such as contact details and services offered. The staff was polite and welcoming, although I did feel a bit rushed during my appointment. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with a variety of toys to keep children entertained. However, I did have to wait longer than expected before being seen by the doctor. The doctor was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, but I felt that they lacked a personal touch and didn't spend enough time addressing my concerns. In terms of affordability, the prices were in line with other clinics in the area. Overall, my experience with Dakota Pediatrics was decent, but there is room for improvement in terms of personal attention and punctuality.
