I have been working at Birsken HRi for a few months now and I must say it has been an average experience so far. The work environment is nice, and the team is supportive. However, there are some areas that could use improvement. The communication between different departments can be better, and there is a lack of clarity in some processes. Overall, it is a decent place to work.
