I have been a loyal customer of Airtel for many years and I must say that their services are average. The network coverage is good in most areas but there are times when the signal is weak. The call rates are reasonable and the internet speed is decent. However, the customer service can be improved as it takes a long time to get a response when I have an issue. Overall, Airtel is an okay company to use.
