I recently moved into an apartment managed by HACC, and my experience has been mostly positive. The staff was helpful during the application process, and any maintenance issues have been addressed promptly. The neighborhood is quiet, but there are some minor concerns about the overall safety. Nonetheless, I appreciate the affordability of the apartment and the convenience of its location.
