I recently had an experience with a consulting group that left me with mixed feelings. While browsing through their website, I was impressed by the range of services they offered and the notable client testimonials provided. However, upon reaching out to them for assistance, I found the response time to be a bit disappointing. It took a few days for them to get back to me, and even then, the information provided was not as comprehensive as I had hoped. The consultant I spoke with was polite and knowledgeable, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns. In terms of pricing, their rates were in line with industry standards, although I felt that some additional transparency would have been helpful. Overall, my experience with this consulting group was average.
