The service provided by Kr Viagens e Turismo was average. I expected more from a reputed company. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but the organization of the tour was not up to the mark. The itinerary was poorly planned, and we ended up missing out on some important landmarks. Overall, it was an average experience.
