I recently booked a hotel through Jetsetter and I must say, it was a pretty average experience. The website is easy to use and the rates are reasonable. However, the booking process took longer than expected and the customer service was not very helpful. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if I would use Jetsetter again in the future.
