I had an average experience with Eric Jerome Studios. The website was easy to navigate and the overall design was pleasing. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. I was also disappointed with the quality of the products. They looked better in the pictures than in real life. Overall, I would say my experience was just average.
