I recently bought a printer from an online store. The printer is great and the price was reasonable. However, I had some issues with the delivery process. It took longer than expected and the package arrived damaged. Thankfully, Compufacil's customer support was very helpful and they quickly resolved the issue. Despite the initial problem, I am satisfied with the product and the excellent support I received.
