🏢 I recently had the opportunity to work with a real estate agency while searching for a new home. The experience with Woolf Realty was average. However, I found the overall communication to be lacking at times. There were delays in receiving updates and it felt like I had to initiate most of the follow-ups. Additionally, the range of properties available was limited, and it would have been helpful if there were more options to choose from. Despite these shortcomings, the agents were knowledgeable and handled the negotiation process effectively. Ultimately, I did find a suitable property through them, but it wasn't an exceptional experience.
