I recently used their services for a business trip. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I needed quickly. However, the reservation process was a bit confusing and took longer than expected. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the driver was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the communication prior to the trip was lacking, and I had to follow up multiple times to confirm details. Overall, the experience was average, with some positive and negative aspects. I hope they can improve their communication and streamline the reservation process for a smoother customer experience. 🚗👍🏼
