I've been a customer of Red Sun Entertainment for a while now and I have to say, they're just average. While their website is visually appealing and user-friendly, their customer support leaves much to be desired. It often takes them a while to respond to inquiries and their support team's knowledge can be limited. Definitely room for improvement.
