I recently ordered some ceramic figurines from an online store. The figurines were decently made, but I was slightly disappointed with the packaging. There was some damage to the box, which resulted in a small chip on one of the figurines. However, the customer service was responsive and offered a partial refund for the damaged item. Overall, the experience was average.
