I had an average experience with Simon C. Dickinson Ltd. Their website simondickinson.com is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of products. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, they weren't very helpful. Overall, it was an okay experience.
