I recently traveled with a regional airline, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The flight attendants were friendly, and the service provided was decent. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of punctuality and baggage handling. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still consider flying with Island Air Express again in the future.
