I recently used the services of a printing house and decided to give Beidel Printing House, Inc a try based on their website, beidelprinting.com. Overall, my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate and provided information about their services and pricing. The ordering process was straightforward, and the company offered a decent selection of print options. However, the customer service was not exceptional. While my questions were answered in a timely manner, the responses felt generic and lacked a personal touch. The print quality was acceptable, but not outstanding. There were a few instances where the colors did not match exactly as expected. Delivery was prompt, so that was a plus. Overall, I would rate Beidel Printing House, Inc as an average printing company.
