My experience with Events NSW was average. The event I attended was not particularly impressive, but it met my expectations. The website was user-friendly, and it was easy to find information about the event. However, I would have liked more variety in the activities offered. The customer service was satisfactory, but I felt that the staff could have been more knowledgeable about the event details.
