I recently purchased a generator from Kala Genset Pvt. Ltd. The product is of good quality and performs well. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very knowledgeable and took a long time to respond to my queries. Overall, I am satisfied with the product but disappointed with the customer support.
