I recently went on a trip planned by a travel agency and it was an average experience. The itinerary provided was somewhat generic and lacked personalized recommendations. The accommodations were decent but not exceptional. The transportation arrangements were satisfactory, although there were a few delays. Overall, the trip was alright, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of tailoring the itinerary and providing better accommodation options. Alresaalah travel should work on enhancing the overall experience for their customers.
