I recently worked with a local architecture firm to design my new home, and I found genarch1.com. The website is easy to navigate and provides a lot of helpful information about their services and previous projects. However, the communication with the project manager was a bit inconsistent, and I felt that my input wasn't always taken into consideration. 🏡 While I appreciate the creativity and attention to detail in the designs, I expected more proactive engagement and personalized solutions. The team seemed to be more focused on their vision rather than understanding my needs. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. With a bit more emphasis on client collaboration, I believe they could truly excel in their field.
