I recently joined a kung fu academy in Brazil and I am so impressed with the quality of instruction and the friendly atmosphere. The instructors are highly skilled and dedicated to teaching kung fu. I have been training here for a few months now and I can already see a significant improvement in my strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
