I recently purchased a home from Snyder Homes and overall, my experience was average. The company website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about their properties. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It often took several attempts to get a response to my inquiries and the communication felt impersonal. The construction quality of the home is satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues that required attention after moving in. On the positive side, the location of the property is great and the neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The price of the home was slightly higher than I expected for the features offered. Overall, Snyder Homes offers decent properties, but improvements could be made in terms of customer service and attention to detail during the construction process.
