I recently hired a flooring company to remodel my home and I stumbled upon Pro Floor Design. The website, profloordesign.com, offered a variety of services and their prices seemed reasonable. The customer service representatives were friendly and answered all my queries promptly. However, I was disappointed with the overall quality of their work. The installation process was slightly sloppy, with a few noticeable gaps between the floorboards. Additionally, some corners were not properly aligned, and there were visible scratches on the surface. Although the end result was acceptable, I expected a more professional finish. Despite these drawbacks, the company did complete the project within the promised timeline. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They could improve their attention to detail to provide a better customer experience.
