I recently hired promotional models for a trade show through their website. The process was straightforward, and I was able to find a suitable model for our event. However, communication with the agency was a bit slow and it took some time to get a response to my inquiries. On the day of the event, the model arrived on time and was professional in her approach. Overall, the experience was average, and while I appreciate the ease of booking, I feel that the communication aspect could be improved.
