I am a customer of Cloudcast / google and I have to say that their service is average. While their website is easy to navigate, I found the overall user experience to be lacking. The system is slow and often crashes, which is frustrating when trying to complete tasks. Additionally, their customer support is not very helpful and it takes a long time to get a response. Overall, I would rate Cloudcast / google as an average company.
