Neulife health and fitness have exceeded my expectations. The trainers are knowledgeable, the equipment is well-maintained, and the classes are challenging. I've seen great improvements in my strength and endurance since joining. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere at Neulife is very welcoming and motivating.
