I recently sought assistance from a 🌀 consulting company. I came across Helix Consulting Partners and decided to give them a try. To be honest, my experience was average. Although their website looked professional and had all the required information, I felt that the services provided were just okay. The team was knowledgeable, but I expected a more personalized approach. The consultants seemed a bit detached during our meetings. However, they did deliver satisfactory results within the promised timeframe. It would have been great if they had gone the extra mile to truly understand my needs and provide tailored solutions. Overall, Helix Consulting Partners did an average job, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and personalized services.
