The company's website is eyecheck.com and I recently had an experience with them. I would rate them as average. 😐 While their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, their customer service could use some improvement. 🤔 I had a few questions about my order and it took a bit longer than expected to get a response from their team. Nevertheless, once I received assistance, they were polite and tried their best to help me. The product I purchased was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. 😐 Overall, my experience with Eyecheck llc was just okay. I would suggest they work on their communication efficiency and perhaps enhance the quality of their products to provide a better customer experience.
