I recently used this travel agency to plan my vacation and I have to say, I had a fairly average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made searching for flights and accommodations a breeze. However, the customer service was lacking. The agents seemed disinterested and did not offer any personalized assistance. I also found their response time to be quite slow, as I often had to wait several days for a reply to my inquiries. The prices offered were decent, but not exceptional. While everything went smoothly during my trip, I expected a bit more attention to detail from a travel agency. Overall, I would rate them as average, as they provided the basic services but failed to go above and beyond.
