I've been practicing hot yoga at this studio for a while now, and it has become an integral part of my wellness routine. The instructors are phenomenal and create a welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels. The classes are challenging and refreshing, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. Highly recommend!
