I had high hopes for Metasource, but unfortunately...

I had high hopes for Metasource, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The software lacks some key features that I deem necessary for my business. Additionally, the customer support hasn't been as responsive as I would have liked. It's not terrible, but it's not great either.
