I have been a customer of Cooliris for the past two years and I must say that their services are average at best. While their website is user-friendly and visually appealing, their customer service leaves much to be desired. The response time for queries is slow and the representatives are not very helpful or knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate Cooliris as an average company.
