My experience with Orchid Computers Limited has been average. I purchased a laptop from them, and while it works fine, I have noticed some performance issues in certain applications. The customer service was responsive and tried to address my concerns, but the problem ultimately persisted. However, the pricing was competitive, and the delivery was quick. Overall, while I am satisfied with the laptop, I expected better performance for the price paid.
