The skincare products from janecosmetics.com are just average. They are not bad, but they are not exceptional either. I've been using them for a while now and I have not seen any significant improvement in the texture or appearance of my skin. The customer service, however, is excellent. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist. Overall, I would say give them a try if you're looking for a basic skincare routine.
