I recently used Lites.be for my online shopping and I must say, it was an average experience. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my queries and I didn't feel like my concerns were fully addressed. Overall, an average experience.
