As a customer, I found the services offered by this company to be average. While their website was user-friendly, it lacked detailed information about the products they sell and their integration services. I was hoping to find more specific details and examples of projects they have worked on. Additionally, the communication with their customer support team was satisfactory but not exceptional. The response time was decent, but I felt they could have been more attentive and proactive in addressing my queries. The selection of products available was decent, but I would have liked to see a wider range. Overall, the experience with Automation Supply & Integration, LLC was average. I appreciate their effort but feel they could improve in providing more comprehensive information and better customer service.
