I had an average experience with Blues world tours & travels ltd. The overall service was satisfactory, but there were a few issues that could have been handled better. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but the itinerary felt rushed and some of the attractions were overcrowded. I hope they can improve these aspects in the future.
