Hot Spot Yoga is by far the best yoga studio I have ever been to! The instructors are so knowledgeable and friendly, always making everyone feel welcome. The studio itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and comfortable space for practice. The hot yoga classes are challenging but also very rewarding. I have seen so much improvement in my practice since joining. Highly, highly recommend!
