I've had a mixed experience with Y-pers, inc. The customer service is excellent, with prompt responses to any inquiries or issues I've had. However, the product itself is just average. It gets the job done, but there's nothing outstanding about it. Overall, I would say Y-pers, inc. is a decent company.
