My experience with Rockymounts, inc. has been a mixed bag. On one hand, their bike racks are well-made, and I appreciate the attention to detail in the design. However, I did encounter some issues with the customer service when I had a question about installation. They were not very responsive, and it took a while to get a satisfactory answer. Overall, I would say they are good, but there is room for improvement.
