I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this company's website and overall, I found the experience to be average. While the website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of shoes, I found the checkout process to be a bit clunky and slow. It took longer than expected to complete my purchase, which was a bit frustrating.

The shoes themselves were of decent quality, although I expected better for the price. They were comfortable to wear, but I noticed some minor flaws in the stitching that were a bit disappointing.

The customer service was satisfactory, as they were prompt in responding to my inquiries. However, I had some difficulty reaching them by phone and had to resort to email communication.
