I had an average experience with Carstudio. The process of buying a car through their website was smooth and hassle-free. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. The staff was not very responsive to my queries and it took a long time to get a resolution for a minor issue. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
