As a customer, I have been with Generali Romania for a few years now and overall, I am satisfied with their services. The company offers a wide range of insurance products and their website is user-friendly. The claims process is fairly smooth and their customer support team has been helpful whenever I had any inquiries. However, there is room for improvement in terms of their response time to customer queries, as sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a reply. Nonetheless, I would recommend Generali Romania to others.
