I've had a mixed experience with Jetrock. While the company website is well-designed and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had some issues with my order and it took a while to get a response from their support team. However, once they did respond, they were able to resolve my issue satisfactorily. I appreciate their effort in resolving the problem, but I hope they can improve their response time in the future.
