I recently used this insurance company for my home insurance needs, and overall, my experience was just average. While their website is easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to reach a representative, and when I finally did, they seemed uninterested and unhelpful. The coverage options offered were decent, but nothing exceptional. The rates were also on par with other companies in the market, so there was no significant advantage in terms of pricing. One positive aspect was the quick response time when filing a claim, but the overall claim process was a bit confusing and could have been more streamlined. Overall, if you're looking for a basic insurance company with average customer service, this company may suffice, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
