I recently used the services of a home care company and was generally satisfied with the experience. The caregivers were attentive and seemed to genuinely care for their clients. However, I did encounter some issues with communication and scheduling. It was a bit challenging to get in touch with the management team, and there were a few instances where the scheduled caregiver arrived late. The website was informative, but I wish there were more resources and information available for clients and their families. Overall, the service provided was average, and I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and reliability.
