I recently utilized the services of Total Automation Solutions and I have to say, they provided an average experience. The website, tasind.com, was easy to navigate and informative about their offerings. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while to get a response to my inquiries and the representatives I spoke with were not very knowledgeable or helpful. The quality of the products I purchased was decent, but nothing exceptional. Additionally, their prices were on the higher end compared to other companies offering similar solutions. While Total Automation Solutions did get the job done, it left me with a feeling of mediocrity. I would suggest exploring other options before settling on this company.
