I had an average experience working with a tech company called Oyster srl. Although their website oystertech.it was informative, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. The team was not as responsive as I had hoped, and their solutions did not entirely meet my expectations. While their work was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and understanding customer needs.
