I cannot express how much I appreciate the Ashtanga Yoga School Mysore. The instructors are incredibly skilled and caring. They provide clear instructions and offer modifications for different levels. The classes are intense but also rewarding. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. I am grateful for the opportunity to practice at such a wonderful school.
